Key Takeaways
- Eden US revenue surged 152% to US$381,612 in Q1 FY27, more than two and a half times the US$151,237 booked a year earlier.

- Not every line grew: original EdenCrete® sales in the USA fell from US$56,298 to US$45,979, and Canadian Pz7 sales were flat at US$16,000.
- Eden says each plant should build to US$40,000 to US$80,000 a year over 1-2 years, a company estimate that makes plant count and reorders the key metrics to watch.

OptiBlend® sales up 247% as pipeline builds
OptiBlend® sales of US$259,863 (A$374,203) comprised kit sales and installation services to genset packagers, drilling contractors and other customers in Texas, Louisiana and Florida. They included a maiden export sale to Brazil (about US$26K noted in the key developments).
The quote pipeline is worth watching. The company recorded 19 new quotes worth $1,067,329 in the quarter:
- USA: $916,242 (16 quotes)
- Mexico: $108,000 (2 quotes)
- Bolivia: $43,087 (one quote)
The announcement also notes a quote submitted for the US Army Corp of Engineers (ACE), made with a generator supplier that is in the bidding process with ACE for generators, valued at about $249K. Two OptiBlend® kits, valued at about $110K, are planned for installation during October 2026.
Quotes and planned installations are not secured revenue. Still, a growing quote pipeline gives you some visibility on where future OptiBlend® sales may come from.
What is bulk dispensing and why does it drive EdenCrete® revenue?
EdenCrete® is a nanocarbon-strengthened concrete additive. Eden says EdenCrete® Pz and Pz7 have repeatedly shown they enable a material proportion of Portland cement to be replaced by the same percentage of pozzolans without any loss in performance.
Ready-mix concrete (RMC) plants make concrete for delivery to building sites. Eden installs bulk storage tanks and dispensing equipment at these plants, which lets the plant accurately dispense the required dosage of an admixture that is typically used in low quantities.
Each installation comes with a small starter order, which typically generates only US$6,000 to US$10,000 in sales. It typically takes months to fully optimise dosages and mix designs, after which the plant reaches full daily integration and steady, recurring demand.
Eden anticipates, based on sales growth at its nine Ecuador plants over several years, that each plant will progressively build purchases over 1-2 years to roughly US$40,000 to US$80,000 per year (A$57,600 to A$115,200). That is a company estimate rather than guidance, and it depends on each plant increasing the number of mixes using EdenCrete®Pz7.
What this means for you: the starter order is small, so the investment case rests on how many plants reach full daily use.
32 plants and a widening footprint
Eden US installed 6 new EdenCrete®Pz7 bulk installations during the quarter: 3 in Colorado, 2 in Texas and 1 in Minnesota. Two more are scheduled for October 2026.
The footprint of 32 plants is distributed as follows:
- USA: 21 (13 EdenCrete®Pz7 installed, 2 EdenCrete®Pz7 pending for October 2026, and 6 original EdenCrete®)
- Ecuador: 9 EdenCrete®Pz7 installations
- Canada: 2 EdenCrete®Pz7 installations
The company’s chart of growth since 2024 shows the total rising to 32 by Q1 FY27, a figure that includes the two October 2026 installations.
Eden US also continued the roll-out across the Amrize and Quikrete RMC plant networks in North America. As requested by Amrize in July 2026, it installed systems at a double-plant site in Texas, a further plant in Minnesota (extending Eden’s US footprint into new US states), and a second plant in the greater Toronto area, Canada.
In Colorado, current new projects using EdenCrete®Pz7 include:
- Apartments (high rise, multi-use): 24,000 cubic yards (cy)
- Town homes: 16,000 cy
- Residences: 4,500 cy
- Hospital: 3,000 cy
The 22-storey Bellview Station Block F required 25,000 cubic yards of concrete that all included EdenCrete®Pz7 (see the 23 June 2025 announcement).

International momentum and FY27 outlook
Eden US has supplied EdenCrete®Pz7 to nine Holcim plants in Ecuador since 2024. Cumulative purchases from Holcim Ecuador exceed US$697,830, and a new order is anticipated in the near future.
Holcim is also reviewing rolling out EdenCrete®Pz7 dispensing systems at plants owned by its subsidiaries in two further South American countries. Extended trials of EdenCrete®Pz and EdenCrete®Pz7 continue in the UK and France.
In India, Eden India received strong results during the quarter from EdenCrete® trials in the Delhi area (see the 22 July 2026 announcement). Eden India is also pursuing significant OptiBlend® opportunities in India, the Middle East and Africa.
On outlook, Eden US is considered to be on track to achieve strong year on year revenue growth in FY27, subject to market conditions remaining positive. The announcement ties this to each plant, other than perhaps Ecuador, being expected to progressively build its purchases over the first 1-2 years.
The takeaway for investors is that the company identifies growth in plants with bulk installations, and their replenishment orders, as a primary driver of EdenCrete®Pz7 sales. A larger installed base is what feeds that recurring demand.
