Eden Expands Amrize Partnership With Four New US and Canada Installations
Eden broadens Amrize partnership into Texas and Minnesota
Eden Innovations has announced Amrize — formerly Holcim US and one of North America’s largest concrete suppliers — has requested the installation of EdenCrete®Pz7 bulk storage tanks and automated dispensing equipment at three further concrete plant locations across the USA and Canada, totalling four new dispensing systems. This extends Eden’s presence with Amrize beyond its existing Colorado installations, with accompanying “starter” supply orders totalling approximately US$32,000 (approx. AUD$45,750).
The new installations span:
- Texas: 2 systems at a double-plant site (two ready-mix concrete plants operating back-to-back) — marking Eden’s first EdenCrete®Pz7 installations in the state.
- Minnesota: 1 plant — extending Eden’s US footprint into another new state.
- Greater Toronto, Canada: Expanding from one to two plants, reflecting growing Canadian demand.
For investors, this reinforces a growing, recurring revenue base across multiple US states and Canadian provinces with a blue-chip anchor customer.

Breaking down the four new installations
| Location | Systems / Plants | Status | Significance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Texas | 2 systems (double-plant site) | New | First installations in the state |
| Minnesota | 1 plant | New | New state for US footprint |
| Toronto, Canada | Expansion 1 → 2 plants | Existing site growth | Reflects growing Canadian demand |
The expansions are based on local EdenCrete®Pz7 trials as well as Eden’s existing and growing relationship with Amrize. They focus on high-growth areas — Texas and Eastern Canada — with substantial concrete volumes and a strong Amrize presence, significantly expanding the targeted volume of concrete beyond Eden’s existing Colorado installations.
What is EdenCrete®Pz7 and why it matters for investors
Eden’s EdenCrete® products are 100% owned, proprietary nano-carbon-strengthened concrete additives that enhance a wide range of performance characteristics. EdenCrete®Pz7 has proven particularly effective in allowing concrete producers to achieve enhanced strength from existing mix designs, which can then be converted to cost savings and CO2 footprint reduction through cement reduction and mix design optimisation.
The product enables a material proportion of Portland cement to be replaced with cheaper, lower-emission pozzolans (fly-ash and blast furnace slag, which are waste by-products from coal-fired power stations and metal smelting) without any loss in concrete performance. This delivers a cheaper, comparable concrete mix with a reduced greenhouse gas footprint.
Key performance benefits include:
- Compressive, flexural and tensile strength
- Abrasion resistance
- Reduced permeability
- Reduced shrinkage
- Longer service life and lower life-cycle carbon footprint
For investors, this positions Eden’s product as both a performance and cost/sustainability play — the dual driver behind repeat adoption and expanding installations with customers like Amrize.
Who is Amrize and why the relationship matters
Amrize is a leading North American building solutions company that was spun off from Switzerland’s Holcim Group and separately listed on the New York Stock Exchange and SIX Swiss Exchange (NYSE/SIX: AMRZ) in June 2025.
Scale indicators include:
- More than 1,000 sites and facilities across the United States and Canada
- Approximately 19,000 employees
- One of the largest suppliers of cement, aggregates, ready-mix concrete and building materials in North America
Since the spin-off, Amrize has continued and expanded the EdenCrete®Pz7 installations and trials previously undertaken as Holcim US, including a growing number of ready-mix plants across Colorado. The company has now requested Eden Innovations LLC (“Eden US”) extend these installations into Texas and Minnesota, and expand its existing installation in the greater Toronto area.
For investors, a blue-chip anchor customer expanding voluntarily signals product validation and a pathway to scaled, recurring revenue across North America’s largest concrete markets.
Strategic Milestone
The expansion of EdenCrete®Pz7 installations to new plants in Texas and Minnesota, and the growth of Eden’s existing installation in Toronto, represents a further significant milestone in Eden’s strategy to broaden its footprint with Amrize and to build a growing, recurring revenue base for its EdenCrete® range of products across multiple US states and Canadian provinces.

The road ahead
Eden intends, over the coming months, to collaborate with plants as new installations become operational, with a view to expanding use of the product into a broad portfolio of mix designs and assisting both new and existing ready-mix concrete plants and their customers to further benefit from CNT-enhanced secondary benefits of their concrete. This builds a growing, recurring revenue base for the EdenCrete® range across multiple US states and Canadian provinces.
