The applications are underpinned by the existing Resource of 29.98Mt @ 1.04% TREO (~88% Measured & Indicated), including a higher-grade 11.63Mt @ 1.93% TREO.

The Gifford Creek Carbonatite hosts multiple critical minerals beyond rare earths: niobium, scandium, phosphorus, titanium, and zirconium.
